When using a pair of Xtracycle Pannier Racks in combination with the TekDeck, one set of
Whatchamacollars is required and two sets is recommended for a extra sturdy fit. When using the TekDeck with the V-Racks & Freeloader Saddlebags, the Watchamacollars are not required as the Freeloaders help to secure the V-Racks to the Xtracyle frame, though they will also provide for a sturdier fit in these instances.
