Wandertec Bongo Bike Cargo Trailer Plywood Loadbed

The Wandertec BONGO plywood load bed is a great accessory to the Wandertec BONGO trailer frame or to your own custom trailer application. The load bed is constructed from quality 3/8" baltic birch plywood and is available unfinished or finished with a high-quality, UV resistant laquer finsh. The load bed has a variety of mounting position and both finished an unfinished version include a Wandertc custom strapping system which enables any load to be strapped down securely. Many commercially available boxes and containers work with the BONGO load bed.

While we recommend our finished loadbed as a great solution for long term life of the loadbed, we offer the unfinished loadbed as a lower cost solution. With this choice, we recommend lightly sanding the loadbed and coating the loadbed with a high quality deck stain or oil. With this type of product, the loadbed should be recoated once a year or as needed with the same product. With a deckstain or oil, you will not need to sand or remove the current coat, simply cleaning the loadbed, and recoating will keep it in great shape for many years.
