All of our customers' privacy is extremely important to us. Customer personal information is never sold, rented or otherwise communicated to third parties, except that information needed to complete sale transactions. All of our data collection, storage and transfer systems to 3rd party credit card processors are incredibly secure and safeguarded with the most up-to-date encryption methods available.

Our network of websites is a three-shop platform that offers integrated shopping and checkout. The three shops are: BikeTrailerShop.com, BikeBagShop.com and BikeKidShop.com. BikeShopHub.com is a site that brings some of the features of all three of the sites. All three shops and BikeShopHub.com are solely owned by Wandertec, Inc. All information gathered is solely held and accessed by Wandertec, Inc. and no other entities have access or use to this information other than in the specific instances when we submit credit card information to our credit card processors through our secure payment gateways.

Information that is collected is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling customer orders and communicating with customers about those orders. We do send out an email communication confirming a new account setup. In addition, we do send emails confirming orders, confirming that order shipping and communicating other order status changes such as backorders. We do offer customers the opportunity to sign up for our monthly email newsletter, however this is an opt-in choice and the newsletter offers a very easy unsubscribe option.

Beyond ordering products, we do offer the ability to write product reviews. In this instance, we do require that you set up an account, in which case your account is offered the same level of privacy protection as all of our other customers. You will not be contacted for any reason unless you choose to opt-in to our newsletter. In addition, you can sign up for our newsletter on our newsletter sign up page by simply putting in your email address and name. Again this information is offered the same level of privacy protection and will only be used for our email newsletter.

If you have set up an account on one of our three shops, you can access and maintain all of your account information by logging into your account. To access your account, you may go to the login page at any of our three sites and enter your account's email address and password. If you have lost your password, you can have it sent to your email address.
