These bottles are pretty good. Definitely an improvement over plain plastic bottles. I keep on buying these because they are better than the alternative, but they are not going to keep your drink ice cold for hours. I would say I get about an extra 45 mins to an hour by using these, which is pretty good. It's not like a Thermos, but then again a thermos won't exactly fit in my cages!

Great waterbottle for keeping liquids cold. In 90 degree heat cold tap water is still cold by the time I get home 45 min later. I really recognize the difference when comparing it to my other bottle. I would replace my other bottle with this if it wasnt for one thing... the bottle doesnt fit in my waterbottle holder on my bike. It seems to be just a tad small. If it was a more snug fit I would get another one but for now this one works.

Not as good as a thermos, but when you add ice it keeps your water cooler longer than no insulation at all. After three hours in 100F+, water in this bottle was cooler than in an uninsulated bottle. This is not a miracle bottle, but it keeps things cooler a little longer, which is great on a 3-4 hour ride.
