The length that the trailer adds to the bicycles length is the overall length - the radius of the bicycle's rear wheel.
-Overall Length - Xtracycle*: The Xtracycle extend the rear wheel of the bicycle 15". The overall length of the Xtracycle frame is 44".
-Cargo Dimensions*: For 2 lengths and widths, the 1st measurement is at the lower portion of the cargo space and the 2nd measurement is the upper portion.
