 This BOB stroller travel bag works great with the BOB Ibex and BOB Yak trailers. This padded travel bag measures in at 35 " x 19" x 10 " and can be checked onto airlines as standard luggage.
You are able to fit the BOB trailer in a BOB travel bag as well as all of your travel and bike touring gear. As shown in the photos, you can fit the BOB Trailer and a loaded BOB DrySAK into the bag. The BOB wheel fits in the bag's wheel pocket. With the Ibex trailer, the shock tower must be removed, the fork and shock tower are stored on one end of the trailer. The Yak trailer fits a bit tightly and pushed up on one end of the bag, however the bag zips shut easily and does a great job of protecting the trailer during shipping.
The BOB Travel Bag offers many great features that make it an excellent solution for traveling with your BOB Trailer. The bag offers rugged protection with its plastic reinforced, padded sides. The wheel of the trailer fits nicely into a pocket on the lid that includes hub guards and a small pocket for the quick release. A fork block is attached to the bag to protect the dropouts of the BOB trailer. A straps buckles holds your BOB trailer and BOB DrySAK inside of the BOB as well.
The BOB Travel bag make traveling easy. The bag has a comfortable rubber handle on the top and with wheels on the bottom is easy to pull around. It also includes a shoulder strap so you can sling it over your shoulder. Once at your destination the BOB Travel Bag breaks down to a size that is easy enough to strap on top of your BOB trailer to bring it home or drop it off for somewhere.
Not only does the BOB Travel Bag work great for a BOB Trailer, it also is quite handy for transporting a Burley Nomad or the Carry Freedom City. After removing the cover and side panels, the Nomad slides nicely into the bag leaving plenty of room for all of your gear. We recommend using an additional bag for protecting the Nomad wheels within the BOB Travel Bag.
This travel bag is simply a bag for transporting all sorts of items. Use it for what it was designed for your single child BOB Stroller or use it as a tough suitcase for carrying anything and everything.
