Pros: Excellent build quality; my 16 month old daughter loves it; very friendly customer service at Burley (just pick up the phone and someone who actually knows something about the product answers the phone); expensive, but great deal for '08 model at BikeTrailerShop.com; lots of storage in the back (in contrast to the Chariot Cougar).
Cons: Awkward reclined seating position for infants to young toddlers (they tend to recline which reduces the space allowed by the helmut); Burley suggests putting towels to support their back and on both sides so they don't roll laterally - an awkward solution, but does help the situation a little bit. |
