President – Josh manages the growth and vision of the BikeShopHub Network of stores. Josh has acquired a wide breadth of cycling knowledge through his involvement in the development of the CELLO bike case, working in bike shops and nurturing a lifelong love affair with cycling. Josh is an avid mountain biker and loves bike commuting year round and tandem touring with his wife.

Product Expert, Photographer & Showroom Manager – Robin C is hard to put a title on as he is a whirlwind throughout the shop. But the hats that he has been wearing most recently have been in configuring our product listings, taking shiny product photos and setting up our new showroom. In between these product-centric tasks, Robin helps keep things rolling backing up the shipping department, working with Stu in manufacturing and running around the shop keeping everyone entertained. Programming, Web Development, & Software Specialist – Frank provides expertise in programming, Website development, and software solutions, and he also manages all of our networks and hardware/software. Frank has more than 20 years experience in software development and 12 years in Website development. He has recently been working on a variety of Internet-based Website applications using a wide range of software solutions. Frank’s programming style provides for long-term support and longevity of the applications and services they provide. Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, in addition to mountain biking and motorcycling.

Marketing, Blogger In Chief – Ted edits our blog, CommuteByBike.com, the leading bike commuting blog and one of the best known bicycling blogs in general. Ted stays busy keeping fresh content rolling in and editing posts contributed by our team of product reviewers and guest bloggers. Ted’s journalism background combines with his Internet marketing background as he spearheads a variety of marketing agendas including our affiliate marketing program, our cycling community and advocacy outreach and our on-line shop reviews.

Wandertec Manufacturing Manager – Stuart utilizes his expert metalworking background to develop and manufacture our growing lineup of Wandertec bike trailers and related products. Stuarts years of experience first as a bike mechanic and than as a metalworker are ideal for leading our development of our growing lineup of bike trailers and bike racks. Stuarts has put his skills to work building out displays for our showroom and fixing anything that needs to be fixed around the shop.

Shipping Specialist – Robert swiftly keeps the chains moving getting orders boxed up and shipped out the door in an efficient manner. Shipping packages while at the same time correcting inventory levels and troubleshooting and improving our logistics, Robert has expanded the shipping role into dynamic new directions for us. And when the phones ring, Robert is often the first to answer and sort out any issues from customer service to product recommendations or compatibility.
